Digitalisation – Every day, NÖM processes more than 1.5 million kilograms of milk supplied by around 2,200 contract farmers, turning it into a broad range of products, from fresh milk, yoghurt and skyr to cheese products. The sheer variety of products, combined with the demands of supplying the retail sector, places correspondingly high requirements on both logistics and IT.
